Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults and executing immediate, effective repairs.
Operations Optimization: Identifying opportunities for improvements in machinery reliability and performance to increase productivity.
Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all machinery and installations comply with occupational health and safety regulations, such as OSHA.
Project Management & Installation: Supervising the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of machinery, as well as upgrading existing systems.
Technical Support & Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of maintenance activities, managing spare parts inventory, and training operators on new equipment.
Cost Control & Scheduling: Managing maintenance budgets and coordinating with production teams to schedule maintenance tasks without disrupting production.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in project management roles within the chemical or related manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale projects.
Certification in Project Management or equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
