Role & responsibilities
- Develop and validate analytical methods using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, and Wet Chemistry.
- Perform method transfer to QC and production units.
- Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Prepare and review analytical documents including STPs, Specifications, COAs, and Validation Protocols/Reports.
- Handle OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and deviation investigations.
- Support R&D for process development and scale-up activities.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, ISO, and safety guidelines.
- Calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as QA, Production, and Regulatory.
- Maintain proper documentation and data integrity as per company standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Tech / M.Tech (Chemical) or equivalent
Experience:
- 812 years of experience in Analytical Development in Chemical / Pharma / Specialty Chemical Industry .
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, IR)
- Experience in method development and validation
- Good understanding of documentation and regulatory requirements
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
